Providing trauma sensitive care to manage difficult emotions and feel safer
No one gets through life unscathed. In our therapy sessions, we'll work to understand and heal these emotional wounds that led to your current problems. I will help you gain insight and perspective on your reactions and provide you with valuable tools to cope with life’s obstacles.
In addition to providing trauma informed individual therapy, in partnership with the American Parkinson's Disease Association, I facilitate two monthly support groups for individuals with Parkinson's Disease and their loved ones.
